Appointment Booking Policy
At Tekk Medik, we operate on a structured scheduling system to provide each client with dedicated, high-quality service. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Scheduling an Appointment
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or direct communication. Once confirmed, your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for your service.
Non-Refundable Deposit Requirement
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total service cost.
The deposit ensures your appointment is locked into our schedule and that time is allocated specifically for your service needs.
Reason for Non-Refundable Deposit
Due to high demand and a consistent volume of clients, each scheduled appointment prevents us from booking other customers during that time. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments result in lost business opportunities, reserved labor, travel costs, and preparation time that cannot be recovered.
For this reason, the deposit remains non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Late cancellations
- Missed appointments (no-shows)
- Failure to be present or ready at the scheduled time
Customer Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
- Be present and ready at the scheduled appointment time
- Provide accurate service details
- Ensure access to the service location
- Have all necessary devices or equipment available
Failure to meet these conditions may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion. While we strive to accommodate schedule changes, the original deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit may be required depending on the timing and circumstances of the reschedule.
Service Time & Arrival Window
We aim to be punctual; however, slight delays may occur due to prior appointments, travel conditions, or service complexity. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Payment Terms
- The $50 deposit is applied toward your final service total
- Remaining balance is due upon completion of service
- Payments are processed securely through Square (in-person or invoice)
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Tekk Medik, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the non-refundable deposit requirement and all scheduling terms.
