At Tekk Medik, we provide structured, high-quality service tailored to each client. To keep things efficient and ensure every customer gets the time and attention they deserve, we operate by appointment.

Booking & Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by directly contacting us. Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
Deposit Requirement
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Why the Deposit is Non-Refundable
Due to high demand, reserving your appointment blocks out time that could otherwise be given to another client. Missed or canceled appointments result in lost time, travel, and preparation.
For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable in cases including:
- Late cancellations
- Missed appointments (no-shows)
- Not being present or ready at the scheduled time
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service experience, clients must:
- Be present and ready at the scheduled time
- Provide accurate details about the service needed
- Ensure access to the service location
- Have all necessary devices or equipment available
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Rescheduling
We understand things come up. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability; however:
- The original deposit remains non-refundable
- A new deposit may be required
Arrival Window
We strive to be on time for every appointment. In rare cases, delays may occur due to prior jobs, travel, or service complexity. If so, we will keep you updated.
Payments
- The $50 deposit goes toward your total
- Remaining balance is due upon completion
- Payments are processed securely through Square (in-person or invoice)

By booking with Tekk Medik, you agree to these terms, including the non-refundable deposit and scheduling policy.
